    I'm all for giving the Amish wide latitude and respect for their religious beliefs, but I'm not really buying into this one...

    The state might have had some valid heath reasons here, but jail seems a bit on the extreme side. There were also problems years back with them not wanting to put triangles on the back of the buggies, and they lost. I hear they have Mennenites here in Argentina somewhere...

    Yeah, I agree that the jail sentence was a bit much.

    I've also heard that there are Mennonites in Argentina. I'm not sure where though. Maybe Recoleta? ;)
