Patriot Act Misuse Leads to Felony Charges for Slightly "Unruly" Behavior

Not so friendly skies:Many face jail and felony charges for kissing,spanking children, speaking loudly etc...Up to 200 affected by misuse of "patriot" law.

    Isnt that what it was intended in first place, erode gradually all civil liberties? Oooh, sorry... my bad... It was intended for homeland security reasons...
