DC Now Writing Tickets for Parking in One's OWN Driveway!

    This is beyond ridiculous. Do the parking authorities in D.C. really have nothing better to do? Can you imagine the tickets they'd be issuing in Buenos Aires? lol

    I guess the difference is that in BsAs, you have a better chance of paying someone off to get out of it!
