    It sounds like a great idea!!! People still think the garbage belongs to them... this will teach the selfish bast....!!

    haha Daniel separates food scraps and puts them in our compost pile here in Argentina, and he doesn't need a law to tell him to do it. The lack of recycling really gets to him.

    Yeah, government should stay out of our garbage cans...Prefer voluntary recycling vs force...
    They may spend more in enforcement and harassment than in savings from composting for crying out loud!
